Our association is dedicated to helping our members prepare for audits and reviews by developing best practices to adopt. During our monthly telephone conference calls best practices will be discussed and copies of recommended best practices will be provide to members each month. Some of the best practices identified will deal with client relations, account manager job descriptions, grievance procedures and other timely issues.
